UYC APP products will be replaced by GUARD VIEWER/GUARD LIVE APP products
Dear Partners and Customers,
We would like to inform you that the UYC APP NVR, IP Camera will no longer be supplied for new products. Going forward, all newly supplied products will use the GUARD VIEWER / GUARD LIVE APP.
Please note:
• Existing NVR AND IP Camera using the UYC APP will continue to function normally, and maintenance support remains unaffected.
• The UYC APP server domain is www.uvision-tech.net, while the GUARD VIEWER APP server domain is www.star4live.com. Accordingly, the web address for remote device access outside the local network will change to www.star4live.com for new products.
• The GUARD VIEWER APP provides more stable and reliable performance, with wider compatibility across devices and systems.
• The operation and usage of devices with the GUARD VIEWER APP are similar to those with the UYC APP, ensuring a smooth and seamless transition for customers.
We kindly ask for your continued support and cooperation as we transition to the new platform.
