when you forgot uvision(unv technology) ipc or ip camera module password, ask our technical support provide temporary password,you should provide two data to our technical support:
1. uvision ipc module serial number by guard tool–Device Cfg–Detail( as the picture)
2. got the uvision ipc or ip camera module date:enter the login interface–press keyboard at same time” Ctrl+Alt+Shit+D”, then you will see the uvision ipc or ip camera module date at the top left
send the serial no and date to our technical support. we will give you a temporary password which will valid one day.
