The Rebranding Workflow

Here’s the process shown in the video, from finding the device to a completed custom upgrade:

  1. Open Device Tools, search for your target device, right-click it and choose Remote Config, then pick the language you want to work in.

  2. Set up the configuration you need and save it. Use Batch Download Config to export the device file to a folder you’ll remember (or copy it straight to the desktop).

  3. Open the AJ IPC Custom Tool and enter the model/brand name and web logo you want on the firmware.

  4. Import the exported device file into your new custom profile.

  5. Click Generate to build the custom name set.

  6. Back in Device Tools, load the file you just generated.

  7. Select every device you want to update, then click Upgrade.

  8. Watch the status move through Starting → Upgrading → Moving → Success.

  9. That’s it — the device now shows your custom model name, logo, and language.
